Please allow 1-3 days for in stock items to be shipped, we use The Courier Guy [door-to-door delivery] or Postnet to Postent.
Pre-Order Items
Please allow for 15-21 days delivery time once payment has been confirmed. In the event that unforeseen delays should occur, we will communicate this to all so as to keep everyone up to date with expected arrival dates.
Shipping Policy
All items advertised on this website are imported.
– All clients can request a waybill and traceable tracking number via email or WhatsApp when order is ready to ship.
– We only ship in South Africa, estimated delivery time on standard shipment packages chosen is up to 21 days after purchase.
– Please note we work with multiple suppliers, shipping companies and customs which we have no control over. There are circumstances that are out of our control [natural disasters, holidays, weather and customs etc] that may cause shipping delays. Whilst most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers might experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time. However, we always go above and beyond to get your items here as soon as possible.
Delivery
All orders are to be delivered by The Courier Guy, and Postnet.
An order will only be dispatched upon:
Approval of payment made;
Verification of delivery / billing address.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Receipt of proof of purchase; and
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the buyer upon the placing of an order.
A further e-mail notification will be sent to the buyer when the order has been dispatched.
Should no such e-mails, as referred to above, be received, the buyer should contact the seller at info@beybie.co.za
LOST OR DELAYED ITEMS
Should ordered items be delayed or lost, the buyer should contact the seller at info@beybie.co.za stating the order number. The seller will then conduct an investigation in the matter.
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Should a product be defective or damaged in the opinion of the buyer, buyer should report such defect or damage to the seller on info@beybie.co.za
Buyer will be liable for the return costs.
Should buyer wish to return the products, he/she should contact the seller via e-mail before the seven-day period ends.
Such products are to be returned in the same condition they were in when received by buyer.
Once buyer returned products to seller in the condition it was received, seller will refund the buyer in the amount paid for the products by the buyer within five (5) working days.

Any refund made by seller will exclude the original delivery fee.
